These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the booking services of Dudice Travelers Hotel ("we," "us," "our") — including our website (www.dudicehotel.com), our Facebook Page, our Messenger booking bot, and our physical hotel located at Roman Highway, Alas-Asin, Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines. By using any of these services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By contacting our Messenger bot, submitting a reservation, or staying at our hotel, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

Reservations are confirmed only after we receive your downpayment (₱500 per night) and verify it.
Booking information you provide (name, contact number, number of guests, check-in/out dates) must be accurate. Inaccurate information may result in cancellation at no refund.
A reservation is held for the dates and room type confirmed in your Messenger confirmation. Changes are subject to availability.
Arrival is flexible, subject to room availability. Your booked 12-hour or 24-hour stay starts at your actual check-in time. Please confirm your expected arrival with our team. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment

Accepted payment methods: GCash and bank transfer (Metrobank). Full details are sent to you in Messenger upon request.
Send a screenshot of your payment in Messenger so we can verify and confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
Prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Your downpayment will be refunded in full.
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: downpayment is non-refundable.
No-shows are charged the first night in full.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

5. House Rules and Guest Conduct

No smoking inside guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Maximum guest count per room must not exceed the booked capacity. Additional guests are subject to extra-person charges.
Damage to hotel property may result in repair charges billed to the registered guest.
We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these rules, with no refund.

6. Liability

We are not liable for personal belongings left in rooms or common areas. A safe is available for valuables — please ask the front desk.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, third-party services).
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your stay is limited to the amount you paid for that stay.

7. Messenger Bot

Our bot is provided for your convenience to assist with inquiries and bookings. It is not a substitute for direct contact with our staff for complex or urgent matters.
The bot may occasionally misunderstand or fail to respond. In such cases, please call us at 0995 130 2152.
Use of the bot is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and Messenger replies — including text, images, logos, and the hotel name "Dudice Travelers Hotel" — is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your stay is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bataan, Philippines.
